Chef Tia Kennan, will be teaching us the basics of cheese from how cheese is made, types of cheese, and buying, storing and serving cheese. She will also show how to create a beautiful cheese platter for entertaining. What a romantic way to start your Valentines Days weekend!
Tia Keenan is the Chef Fromager of Casellula Cheese and Wine Cafe in midtown Manhattan. Chef Keenan specializes in creating and pairing condiments with artisan cheeses from around the world. She has taught cheese-focused classes at Casellula and Murray's Cheese, been a panelist for the annual American Cheese Society conference and published recipes in Food and Wine magazine. |
